Meet Your Experienced Garland Dental Team

Karen, Office Manager

Karen is no stranger to dentistry... her husband, Dr. Craig Baginski, and both of her children are dentists! She was the project manager as they built their new dental office and is now spending more time working behind the scenes in order to keep everything running smoothly. She loves being able to spend so much quality time with her family while at work!

Karen is from right here in Garland, and she attended the University of Tennessee for her education. Whenever she has free time, she enjoys being around loved ones and playing tennis.

Netti, Dental Financial Advisor

Netti hails from El Salvador, and she’s been working in oral healthcare for well over 15 years now. She loves spending time with the other team members at Dentistry By Brand – it’s such a great practice to be a part of! Education-wise, she has her Registered Dental Assistant license, as well as CPR certification and some training as a basic orthodontic assistant too.

Netti has four brothers (she is the only girl) and five dogs. Whenever she has free time outside of work, she enjoys playing soccer and reading a good book.

Michelle, Patient Coordinator

Michelle hails from Garland originally, and she studied at Richland Community College. As a part of the Dentistry By Brand family, she really enjoys being able to meet so many new, kind people through her position.

Michelle is the youngest of three siblings. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, catching up on TV, and shopping.

Madi, Business Assistant

Madi is still a bit new to our practice, but she makes many contributions to the office. After all, she attended the Dallas Dental Assistant School and has roughly two years of field experience. As such, her role as Business Assistant allows her to do what she loves – help out her fellow team members!

An only child, Madi was born and raised in nearby Plano. (Much of her family is in Illinois, however.) Besides helping patients’ oral health, she also loves to shop and paint during her off-hours.

Hong, Registered Dental Hygienist

Hong first joined our team in January of 2019, and but she’s been working in the oral healthcare field since 2001, starting as an assistant before becoming a hygienist around five years ago. Originally from Louisiana, she studied dental hygiene at Collin College. Her favorite part of this work is being able to provide high-quality care to patients in need that’s both gentle and thorough!

Today, Hong lives in the Rowlett area, and she and her husband Anthony have two sons named Brandon and Nathan. When she isn’t busy at work, she spends lots of quality time with her family and travels as well.

Tunisia (“T”), Registered Dental Hygienist

Tunisia joined our dental family in October of 2018, but her overall career in oral healthcare spans almost 20 years. She studied at Collin College before earning her degree at SBC. She also has front office experience and is certified in nitrous oxide and laser dentistry. Her favorite part of this job is simple – building such wonderful relationships with her patients!

An Allen native, Tunisia is married with three beautiful children. She spends her free time outdoors with her family, shopping, walking, and going to various concerts.

Kate, Registered Dental Hygienist

Kate has been working in the dental field for nearly 15 years so far, with a majority of that time spent as a hygienist. She completed her education at Baylor College of Dentistry. One of her favorite parts of this job is helping people learn the importance of their oral health and giving them the confidence to walk around with big smiles on their faces!

A Sachse native, Katie has a young son named Lincoln at home. When she isn’t busy at work, her favorite hobbies include working out, being outdoors, and playing with her son and their dog Maddie. She’s also very passionate about going on dental mission trips and has even been to Romania three times so far to care for underserved populations.

JanaLee, Registered Dental Hygienist

JanaLee is a recent graduate from the Collin College Dental Hygiene Program with certifications in nitrous oxide and laser therapy. She has several years dedicated to the profession of health care, prevention, and wellness. Her passion is helping people reach their health goals. She brings enthusiasm and compassion to our patients.

JanaLee grew up on a farm in Wyoming and has lived in Texas with her husband and two children for the past 13 years. She plans to continue her education and pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene at TWU. In her free time, she enjoys running and spending time at the lake on her SUP board and kayak.

Courtney, Registered Dental Hygienist

Courtney loves being a Dental Hygienist because she gets to provide gentle and thorough care to those in her treatment chair. However, meeting new people and building on relationships with her current patients are her favorite aspects of her job! She studied at John Brown University and Texas A&M/Baylor College of Dentistry before becoming certified in monitoring the administration of nitrous oxide and CPR.

Originally from Rowlett, TX, Courtney comes from an awesome and supportive family. She loves spending time with them, working out, watching new and classic movies, and trying out new restaurants in her free time. One thing you may not know about her: she played collegiate basketball in Northwest Arkansas. 

Cassy, Registered Dental Assistant

Originally from Garland, Cassy has been working in the dental field for over 15 years. In addition to her RDA status, she is CPR-certified. She really enjoys being able to provide patients with high-quality care so directly, as well as building warm relationships with them over time!

Outside of work, Cassy and her husband have a son named Eric and a daughter named Savannah. There’s nothing else she’d rather do in her free time than spend it hanging out with her family.

Antonio, Registered Dental Assistant

Antonio attended DCI Health and Training for his dental education, and today, he’s thrilled to be working alongside such wonderful dentists and team members. He loves meeting new people every day as part of his work!

Originally from Garland, Antonio was raised by the best single mom on the planet. In his free time, he really enjoys playing/watching sports (GO EAGLES), hanging out with loved ones, and traveling.

Keri, Registered Dental Hygienist

Keri has more than five years of experience in the world of dentistry, and her favorite part of her job continues to be building trust and rapport with patients while educating them about their oral health. As for her studies, she attended Texas State University and Collin College after graduating from Sachse High School. Now, she has her AAS degree, her BSDH degree, and her certifications in CPR and nitrous oxide monitoring!

Keri and her husband have a son and two dogs at home, and she loves spending her time outside the office with her family. Other interests of hers include reading a good book and doing Pilates. Here’s something you might not know about her: she used to be a competitive cheerleader!

Audrey, Registered Dental Assistant

Born in Garland, TX, Audrey graduated from Garland High School before moving to study at Pure Dental Assisting Academy. Other than receiving her license in dental assisting, she’s also certified in CPR. Her favorite thing about her job is having the chance to continuously learn new things while helping to enrich people’s quality of life by improving their smiles.

Outside of the office, Audrey is very close with her parents and siblings. Other than spending time with her boyfriend and loved ones, she also enjoys trying new restaurants and finding new fun activities to do. She also has a French bulldog named Draco!

Bryana, Registered Dental Assistant

Working in her hometown of Garland, Bryana has a few years of experience in dentistry and counting. Graduating from Lakeview Centennial High School, she went on to attend Richland College where she received her Associate of Science and license in dental assisting, and became certified in CPR. The best part about her work is helping others feel at ease and comfortable while transforming their beautiful pearly whites.

At home, Bryana loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys attending sporting events and concerts, and traveling to new places whenever she can. One fun fact about her: she’s Bilingual and can help Spanish-speaking patients!
